I brave the snow and remove all me stands the day after ML ends, Im a stickler and change all the bolts every other season with type 8 bolts and nuts and test all straps underload before i use them again. the only reason for this is my sons also use them and safety is never an option, its a standard.

The green laser is installed now and set for close range, the laser is rated for 9000 yards (well thats what it says on the box) I've shot at 100, 200 and 300 yards and its right on. there is around 600 rounds now but it may change at anytime the gun rail is on its way (I just ordered it) here are a few new pics.

I say just let ppl hunt there own way. NOT your way or my way. hunting is different for everyone, not telling others that they have to many or to less tags. or how others feel when hunting, when im in the field no one knows how i feel but me. Im tired of hearing what we need, what to do, how to do, and the need to change, bla bla bla. the main reason for hunting is to thin out the deer population. thats all, and if ppl want to pass on deer until they are older then they dont have to take a young deer, but dont shove it on everyone else. I mysrlf have passed on deer, but thats by choice not some order. I have hit 4 deer in 5 years with my truck and it cost me $$, so if joe smoe wants to take a button buck let him. its his right to not a privilege. hunting is a right. just like the right to bear arms, not the privilege to bear arms. its legal to kill what you have a tag for regardless of age or size. well i said what i wanted to say on this, so, have a great 2011 hunting season.

what the F are you talking about? go up there for real hunting? you need to pull the stick out of your --- well i guess we have no idea of what we are doing down here right. oh man we get a ton of tags and now we are a bunch of hillbillys? ever think you only get a few tags because you live in a 1 horse town. dont come down on us for having such a HUGE deer population and a need to thin it out every year. kudos to you for killing what you want, its the same here as well, i could filled ALL my tags if i so choose to do so but thats none of your concern, must be the pressure of hunting here, right. as for not seeing deer, I have deer on my land 24/7, there are tons of deer out here thats why we get more tags, so stop hating on us for having more. why dont you come down here for a real hunting experience, laid back brother, no more comp here than anywhere else. Hunting is about doing your own thing, thats what its about. some ppl love the comp and stress of hunting and live for it. not me personally but others do, so who are you to judge what others do. because they do thing differant than you it must be wrong. get off your horse. harvest what I choose, not what is chosen for me you said. they sure did choose for you if you only get 1 DMP every 4 years some ppl just cant handle the facts. I will strip everything off the barrel (scope, hand guard etc.) then use warm soapy water and plunge it a few times then repeat with clean warm water, dry, then plunge with oil. all done.

1 reg season Buck tag and 4 reg season DMP's per hunter - but i see your point. you can take button buck's and tag it with a DMP But, i'm not in for any type AR, I am ok to shorten the gun season as long as they extend bow season to compensate for it .. You dont hear many bow related accidents ..

my opinion on this is NO!!!! to a AR... we dont need it. if you want big bucks, buy your own land and put a wall around it. other than that, stop complaining about it..... what do you think your going to hit the woods and in as instance have a huge buck just walk by? its called HUNTING...... do your homework and find them... they are there, you just cant find them and it makes you mad.. so, i know, lets do a AR so anyone can bag a big buck just by walking in the woods ;D and kids sports scores dont matter and everyone wins. GROW UP.. trophys arnt free.... man, i am so sick of hearing about needing a AR i have been hunting my land for many many seasons, this year had the chance on a big buck and took it. many years of trail cams, many years of looking for the correct deer path's and trail's, hundreds of hour's of being in the field, countless hour's of practice... that is what it takes..... NOT A AR nothing in life is easy, you have to work for it. not everyone can get the prom queen, the world is'nt like hue hef's mansion.
