Thats what happens when you have literally hundreds of individuals with many different out looks. Every forum is the same... There are always a few bad egss who intentionally stir the pot to create drama. Many threads can go smooth, some do most dont. Nothing any one person can do unless you bite your tounge but sometimes you cant. Sometimes it makes it interesting, you as a member have every right to move on when you see things turn negative...

im sick as a dog right now... the wife has me taking the Neti Pot like once a day and i take sudafed... still sick lol dont get it, i used to be sick once a year for like 2 days max now im sick a few times a year and for a week at a time...

nothing wrong with this thread... we are all just conversing here. So me a favor, go join bodybuilding.com and tell the people over there what you told about protein being the end all be all and they will lough at you lol... you dont have to listen to us and i honestly can care less if you did or did not. your facts are off base and with time you will realize that... i am a firm believer in protein being very valuable to working out but its not the end all be all and definitely is the only tool needed to build. but if what you say works for you then dont stop lol

no i was not disagreeing with you Steve. i was just sayong there are guys that have stamina while being big. Typically its not something you see everyday. as far as long term affects i can not say, i dont take supplements year round anyways. You can simply take vitamins if need be. which i do also but i have not yet heard any negative impact on supplementing. however the fat burners and nitrix, no explode and products such as that who knows what long term affects it may have, your right...

im not a huge fan of creatine, theres not many on the market IMO that does not produce bloat and water retention. I find glutamine powder to be the way to go to help going catabolic. Its an Anti Catabloc agent and does its job. I also love Scivation Extend (Aminos), great product. Or any product made by BSN is good stuff...

not always true, i have seen in my years a few guys who were pretty big, built/cut up who have great stamina... I mean not the guys that cant wipe their own ass but just because they are big doesn't mean they have no stamina. You should watch UFC, watch the guys who can go 5 minute rounds at 270lbs. You know how stringent a few 5 minute rounds are? pretty dang bad. my goal is to knock a few ponds off but have the athletic look, very cutup and defined. also looking to have some noticeable vascularity... ive been big on a few occasions and at this point its just not something im looking to be.

Hey elmer just an update, i finally went in to ketosis last night around 11 and today i went another notch in according to the keto stix. First time im doing this diet, i like it so far. Looking forward to my loadup day

Lol good way to put it... Im on a keto diet now. Started it yesterday, gunna try a keto strip after work and see how far in ketosis i am. Should be keto.

Most muscle turns to fat when someone stops lifting because most guys lift to get big, less reps more weight. when your muscles stretch and you get bigger and then stop you are more prone to getting flabby. BUT you can blame diet as well, if you stop working out all together everyone who stops usually dismisses diet and starts eating anything and everything at anytime. So its easy to confuse the 2. if you stopped working out and still watched what you eat you would be surprised to see that it would take your body longer to fall off.
