i could have swon earlier in the year when i was looking into Steuben i found a few properties that i was looking into and i could have swon i used a GIS mapping tool through the county website to view the property tax info and use the measuring tools

Me too lol I like to see how the property is layed out tho. Sometimes you find property with very strange Nd hard to follow property lines. Plus I want to see the real property taxes. Could.have sworn Steuben had something, dang it...

i know a few months ago i was able to access it like i can on the chemung county website and view property layouts and real property taxes. i know some dont like that the public can use this function but many counties have the ability to do so. Does Steuben County Still have it?? there are a few houses i am trying to see how the property is laid out and what the taxes are.makes it easier to weed out so i dont have to waste my time driving up there and all around town. In Chemung its under Real property tax and once the property is located there is a GIS locator that defines the property lines. any help would be great guys thanks

id say id look out for a guy who talks funny up there but they all do... lol jk i was very surprised at how many people in those areas didnt really have accents. but as far as mine, oh yeah, i def have one lol i cant wait to get up to keuka, i keep getting up to Seneca when im up there. i plan on getting a boat for next spring, never did the whole lake thing, it looks like so much fun

yeah its a fine line sometimes with this sport... i cant stand even shooting in places like that, conversing with the owners or pro of the shop is like speaking with jesus. they can do anything just short of walking on water, they way they lend advise is like first rule * you know nothing or even when you try and have friendly engagement with a fellow archer or hunter they know everything, sometimes its best to remain silent lol i pop in to places like that and i shake my head more then anything. the best was when i wanted my MR5 (5" brace height) they almost didnt want to special order it for me even after i told them i take full responsibility should i not like it. i did so much research on it i knew what i was getting into. they were trying to sell me a martin or a bowtech or something, im like are you kidding me, i shoot mathews, thats it... this is what i want now order it. long story short, MR5, best bow i ever shot and owned! i love it!the owner even said it was not what he thought and he was telling me originally hes been doing this for over 25 years.

cant help it.. fist pumping no... bro and mint, forsure Doe, been up there like 12 times in the past few months. starting to take a toll on me... this waking up at 3am and driving up there and driving around both counties is killing me lol. sometimes i wake up and on the road at 4am up ther by 815am do things for the town and look at houses all day and come home the same day. kicks my you know what... NOT mint at all

i have a buddy from Maine, he loves it there. he is planning one moving back there soon... i hear ya, so the wife would move but the family and kids keep you guys in NY? Seems to be what everyone says, even out here who wish to relocate. always something holding them back. thats why i figure we would do it now while we can. if id have kids in the near future they are almost certain to move away from us, the next generation will never be able to afford to live on this island. it will be section 8 and rich out here by then
