    Buck followed that does trail from this am at 0815, decided to take him. Got me excited and that’s all I needed. 15 yard shot went 30 and fell over. Onto PA.

    630 lone for came through at 15 yards, 730 doe and nursing fawn across field

    Good sit tonight with my dad, seen 4 buck and 4 doe, of course the only one he was about to get a shot at was grunting and chasing a doe. None of the others cared about the doe.

    Have not seen a tail which is unheard of for this spot, gonna give it an hour then relocate in nothing

    Heading out to 7p in a bit, haven’t been there since youth but usually see a ton of doe funnel past my stand and have a perfect wind. Just need one to follow!

    Saw two more bucks, nothin close or big, then saw a spike chasin two doe from the cabin. Tomorrow is gonna be a great day. Taking the evening off for a party

    730 saw a doe 100 yards out, 830 my target 10 pt followed, 845 nice 8 followed.

    I’m hanging up the vertical bow, Friday am will hit pa, hunt through late morning then do some cleaning up around camp. Son has his football party in evening. Sat am xbow out in 7p all day sit hopefully, sun 7s maybe all day. Maybe not.

    i use a pulley and the ATV in my garage, then have a strap for both legs when i pull them up cause nothing pisses me off more than the deer spinning around when im skinning.

    Another small 8 on my way out, multiple deer by houses still up and feeding. Gotta take my kid to sports

    Absolutely use the grunt call, heck this time of year I’ve even snortwheezed a buck in.

    We sat this morning, small 8 crusing with his face in the dirt, another small 6 crusin, a lone doe and a lone button buck. Still getting the big ones on cam not following anything yet and laying low.

    We went out this evening, had one spike chasing a doe all evening. One last pa hunt for me in the am then have to go to a lacrosse tournement Sunday afternoon.

    Here’s the buck he took, passed on two spikes looking for one of the funky ones. This one unfortunately already lost the weird spike out the side of the head somehow. I’ll look closer tomorrow

    What a night in PA! Youth rifle, got out of work at 3, got in stand at 4:30, shot doe at 5:15, ran to car, traded the rifle for the crossbow, 4 spikes chasing doe and all fighting in front of us. shot the buck at 6:05! His first buck. Prefect 30 yard shot. Saw a nice 8pt and 7 doe on drive out!

    warm has subsided most of my daytime movement on cams. I have a feeling some bucks will be fired up on scrapes this thurs through weekend and calling may pull them in. Were heading to PA tomorrow evening for youth antlerless rifle, bringing the crossbow thurs-sat, hopefully fill that then go out with crossbow and try to get my son on his first buck. Hes dead set on 6pt or better but we have a few wonky lookin bucks with weird racks I think hed take, pa youth dont have to follow antler restrictions.

    Not for me with a bow, I've taken a couple with rifle, under 100 yards and rock steady rest. They all folded. I regularly shoot my firearms out to 400 plus yards and know their and my capabilities. Right where the head meets the neck.
