    All states can raise their legal age of majority to 21 I suppose, but then you won't be getting any military sign-ups under that age so I don't see this happening either.

    The constitution is silent on drinking rights. 18 is legal majority in most States apart from Alabama where it is 19 Without an amendment it is illegal to deny adults their constitutional rights. Private stores can set their own rules however but this will not stick as federal law.

    Was just listening to Bauerle and Bellavia. Someone phoned in and recounted the tale of a friend who called Dicks to cancel their membership. Dicks employee said he was one of very many cancelling as a result of this latest move. I pretty much stopped going to Dicks after they began asking for proof of citizenship on ammo sales and stopped selling ARs after NY safe. Time to start supporting the smaller mom n pops I think.
