    Daughter requested my smoked chicken nachos before returning to college this weekend. Labor intensive as each scoop chip gets its own piece of bbq chicken ( chicken was seasoned with bionic poultry rub ) , then pinch of taco cheese , dab of mighty taco sauce , oven to melt cheese and dab of sour cream but so good. Threw a few 4 cheese stuffed banana peppers on the smoker too.

    Yes , boil for 5-7 minutes. You don’t get the sweet from the honey but yet it brings out the sweetness of the corn. Only a tiny bit of heat from the jalapeños

    Boiled the corn with cup of milk , 2 tablespoons of honey , 2 sliced jalapeños. Sooo good. Nashville hot sliders , clams , boom boom shrimp peanut butter cup sundae

    We havent even been out lately. Last time( 2 weeks ago) out we put 12 smb bass ( 3guys) in the boat. All 1 pound'ish teenagers. Need ouside temps in consistant 70's for a long spell. So like you said september
