lol I aint running no 4 minute miles!! Is that even possible? I'm happy with 8-9 minutes miles

I run or walk every other day, 6+miles every day. I lost 50 pounds this winter and now that I am used to it I want to keep the weight off. And if I keep it up I can enjoy the beers I like!! I eat a lot less junk too. Now that I've lost the weight though I am just maintaining where I am.

When you do go to composite decking do your research very well. I have a sensational pool around two tiered deck with $12,000 of shit composite cracking and warping all over the place. Correct Deck I think it was which of course went bankrupt and bought out by another to avoid lawsuits.

I play during spring, summer and fall outdoor sand 2s at Sharky's in Liverpool. Winter I play indoor sand 4s at Bridgestreet Tavern. It's a good time. I pic failed all weekend and failed on eating well!! Friday out boozin after volleyball and did calamari and a tomato pie at Twin Trees. Real good. Saturday at some friends boozin and playing cards. Picked up Beginning II wings, which are one of the top places in cny, and pizzas. Man I killed some wings! Tonight grilled venison steaks and grilled asparagus. The ratio I would guess is 4:1 or so but the buck pop is young deer. Not much hard buck action in rut, racks not all busted up and such. I will get out this weekend and pull cams again to see whats what but yea 80 percent were still holding at the end of Feb.
