That was my approach AFTER I killed my archery buck, and I saw a lot of deer. The best day I had there was a buck watching me hang my climber in the dark. I must have seen 30 deer that day including 4 different bucks. It was mayhem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro -

I’m looking forward to you guys getting familiar with and using the saddles. It seems like a cool way to hunt. I’d have to prep trees and have sticks or steps in pre season the way Eberhart does it rather than do the whole deal each and every time. I just can’t see taking that much time to get up a tree, I’m in full panic mode the second I hit the woods until I’m settled in my spot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro -

I think there’s a 10% allowance so it could have been 38.5, which on a turkey is likely going to be a 5 if you shoot it for 35. If it was Eville I remember the target because it was 41 yards at the Ex stake Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Just remember that upon meeting a new person you only have 45 seconds to mention that you hunt from a saddle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro -

Hunter class scores are ridiculous, I stay in Ex Hunter theres about half the shooters. Ive never shot well there with the exception of one day but its a lot of fun. The shots are extremely difficult and nothing like Im used to, extreme up down and side hill on the slopes and the footing is really hard to get used to. You could literally put a target on the peak of your roof and shoot at it for practice with one foot on a cinder block, its that extreme. Ski slopes are STEEP lol

Glorious flight on that arrow at 21:10!

My first buck was shot on 10/15 (the old opener) and his coat is reddish and barred like a pheasant tail on the back of the neck, its beautiful
