I hit the Mohawk solo on Sunday between 7-8 pool. Got a couple dink SMB nothing great, one nice waldo. Did you launch at the cornfield? I'll be down between 6-7 this weekend I have to figure out them LMB!!

I just went from old lowrance x49's to Raymarine dragonfly's a 5 and a 7 on my boat. Awesome machines with chirp down vision,2d sonar and GPS the only problem is you cant link them together. I wish I had some screen shots on this computer its a impressive little machine.

A guy at work was showing me pic's of turkeys flocking in his yard 10 hens and 3 big males this morning 2/20/13.The males already faned out strutting seems a be a bit early to me. What do you all think?

The 2nd annual Joe johnson memorial tourney to benefit the Albany childrens hospital,will be Held on Oct. 14th 7-3:30 at Holly Marine 4 Freemans bridge rd Scotia NY 12302. Last year this event attracted 37 teams and paid out over 25 positions,and numerous,raffles as well, thanks to over 25 sponsors. This is a fun yet competive tourney on the Mohawk river,approx 1out of 4 boats cash,+ lunker SM,LM,pike,Wally,rocky, Odd fish,smallest limit,etc. Food and prizes for contestents will be handed out at weigh in. A calcutta will be held in the a.m. so all anglers are required to attend by 7:00 am,Sign up at ramp the morning of the tx. Launch is at 7:30 am. and locks will open at 7 for those headed west toward schoharie crossing,or east toward alcathys. 5 fish Limit you can fish solo or as a 2 man team. Launch order will be determined by random draw the morning of the TX. $110.00 entry. inc lunker.

Look on Ebay for a Lowrance iFinder H2O or H2Oc, I bought a used one on there two seasons ago pretty cheap. You will also need to buy a fishing hot spots chip for the contours.
