    Snowing pretty good here on the hill now, had a 5 minute stare down with a doe at 8 she got within 10 yrds stomping and the whole bit she finally blew turned and trotted off. If this was a doe zone I would have filled my other Doe tag. Plan to sit till 10 then go dry my clothes for a afternoon watch. Good luck everyone Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

    What a beautiful morning on the tug hill 27 degrees and barely a breeze. I can't believe nothing was moving didn't even see any crossing the roads on the way here.     This is the first opening day of rifle that I missed in a long time but I woke up with a killer headache and it was around 50 degrees pouring and with a 20 mph wind.I can't hunt this afternoon as my son turns 26 today and we have his Birthday dinner.
