On a serious note , you have to be careful now a days. I had a Jewish friend at work who used to write "Letters To The Editor" in the local paper during the time the Israel and Palestine conflicts were the main headlines. He used to add his name to the letters that he sent in. I think that was the standard policy at the time. Then one day I was reading the editorials when I noticed a letter that sounded something that my friend would say. The editorial was signed by someone named "David Israel". When I showed the article to my friend at work , he admitted that he wrote it. When I asked him why he was using a pen name , he replied that he was getting death threats over the phone and in his mail. That was about 20 -25 years ago.
