    After charging the battery inside where it could also warm up the snowblower fired right up and it took me 45 min to do the driveway. Not bad considering the size of it. Now I’m back inside with a drink to warm up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Battery went dead on the snowblower as well as the home generator. No work or school for our house as we are still in a driving ban area and are getting hit with lake effect. Everyone is warm and happy though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Generator I have no idea as it came with the house when we bought it 4 years ago and all I have done is change the oil on it. The battery on the mower is from 2011 according to the sticker so its had a good life and understandable that it wont work in the cold. I'm hoping a full charge and it being warm will be enough to get it started. The bright side is we didn't get much snow and we own AWD and 4x4 vehicles so the need to actually clear the driveway is pretty low.

    This cold is reeking havoc on my outdoor equipment batteries. First was my riding mower/snowblower battery. Then I noticed my house generator had an error light. Yep battery. I brought the mower battery inside to warm up while I also have a light on the engine block to warm that up and my battery charger is on the generator battery until it's charged so I can then use the charger on the mower battery UGH! This cold!!!!!! I just want to sit inside and have a Hayburner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Williamsville to Alden is normally 35 min. It took me 45 min. Worst was Dick road being north-south round I could not see past my front end a few times. One I got on broadway it was clear sailing for the most part. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
