  1. You cannot beat his meat! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. When will you eat steak like a man? You and @Marion gotta be the only 2 forum members who don’t eat steak (the greatest meal ever!) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. @Belo is this one of your bucks? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. One of them didn’t have a bone in, maybe that’s why? It was great but not different than what I normally get. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Cut it out. Taste just as good as the frozen ones your coworker gave me. I buy bone in rib-eye or porterhouse or t bone. They are fantastic on the grille. Maybe it helps i grille a steak once a week for the last 20 years. I don’t even use butter and it’s right up there with the best steakhouses in America Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. Whenever I buy steak from WF or Stew’s. It’s The non-dry aged ones and still taste great on the grille with salt & pepper. Sometimes very close to nyc restaurant quality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. I never buy the dry age ones at WF. Just regular and eat that day or next. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. I’d rather shop once a week and not defrost anything. Just a personal preference. We have to go weekly for fruits and veggies anyway, so there’s no need to freeze chicken, fish, red meat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. I’ve heard of it of course on this forum. Just don’t personally know anyone who does it. Except maybe Nomad? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. I’ll confess. I never tried it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  11. Canned meat? Yikes. Venison is the only meat I’m forced to freeze. Defrosting is gross enough, I can’t imagine opening a can of meat/spam/chicken. Sorry nomad! I ate a lot of canned veggies as a kid. Unless I lose my job, I’m never going back to that life. I think pumpkin purée is the only canned thing I’ve bought in the last 15 years Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  12. Neither. I just put backstraps on the grill with salt & pepper Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. That’s what venison snack stix and hot dogs are for. But to add stuff besides salt and pepper to a backstrap is silly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. That gets back to my point though. Venison, like beef, simply needs salt & pepper. If you’re using butter and cheese, you might as well use A1 or ketchup too! Venison is clean and lean. Don’t turn it into a fast food Big Mac Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  15. That’s false. I get backstraps and paper thin cutlets. Both I grill hot and fast with salt and pepper. No need for butter or a pan. Medium rare. I’ve never had tough venison. I trim the hell out of it before grilling The rest gets chunked boneless and turned into tasty snack stix, etc. Used to eat stew meat as a kid but don’t care for hot soup type foods. 16. and for longbow: How to Get Authorized for Modified Longbow Use Complete the Modified Longbow Authorization Form (PDF) A licensed physician will need to complete and sign a section of this form. Note: If you have a Modified Archery Permit that is still valid you are already authorized to use a modified longbow and do not need to complete the Modified Longbow Authorization Form. For small game hunting, have a current year NYS hunting license; For big game hunting, have a current year NYS hunting license and bowhunting privilege. Carry the completed Modified Longbow Authorization Form (or previous Modified Archery Permit) and appropriate hunting licenses with you while hunting afield with a modified longbow. Abide by the rules and regulations in the annual New York State Hunting and Trapping Regulations Guide
  17. everyone needs to eat lunch, unless its ramadan.
  18. Jamie Dimon’s S&P 500 Bear Market: Brutal, Far From Unimaginable https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-10-11/jamie-dimon-s-s-p-500-bear-market-brutal-far-from-unimaginable
  19. Not that I am aware of. I think you can get modified archery drawlock type things.
  20. I'd like to get @Chef thoughts on this before I make any rude comments.
  21. The Libs like Versatile just want free handouts. Probably hoping for another stimulus and free healthcare since he's not legal.
