  1. Ok but then what is that comparable in gas. That was the point I was trying to figure out. If every EV is $15-20K more than the comparable gas than it doesn’t pay long term Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. As a young kid my dad took me and my brother fishing at Sandy creek in Pulaski. I was maybe 8 so my brother was 4. My brother caught a sunny and casted it back out without telling my dad that he saw a turtle. Well he hooked the huge snapping turtle and reeled it close to shore where it made a huge splashing commotion. So my dad ran over and before he got to my brother there was a massive water snakes curled right near my brother also lol. The best part is this is all on home video my mom was running the camcorder Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. I remember playing travel maybe 14 or 16U and It was aluminum bat but you were allowed to use wood if you wanted. A few Guy did each game. I played SS and don’t remember a difference. But the OF’s would see differences in judging fly balls for sure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. Haha it’s a Wooden Bat league. But aluminum break time to time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. $40K? I saw like $75K-$90K Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. 7 hours drive to Long Island? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. He got 4 shots and always wore a mask, I was told.
  8. The Math just doesn't add up for me. If an EV is say $20K more than an equivalent gas car. Even if gas is $5/gallon instead of $2/gallon, let's say $5/gallon at 20mpg x 10K miles you need 500 gallons of gas per year of $2,500. So it would take you 8 years to break even on the extra $20K? but even more when you factor the additional costs of electric, charger, repairs, and maybe most importantly the time it takes to charge it all the time? What am I missing?
  9. Feds 0.75% to save the market. Mortgage rates gonna go over 6%. Bonkers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. First CT buck. Spike likely. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  11. $100M! https://www.courant.com/news/connecticut/hc-xpm-2009-11-22-tunnel-for-turtles-1122-art-story.html
  12. Down the road from my house under a bridge with water on one side there are several turtle crossing signs. Maybe even migration? not sure, but I havent see one yet.
  13. @Nomad Hydrate and space out your vitamin D3 and C with separate meals so you don’t Piss them right back out. More is not better. Take the recommended amounts. And get outside and walk around. You should probably skip a week or two from lifting weights to play it safe with the heart. Good luck!
  14. Yup. because at the end of the day/recession/bear market, it has to go back up. So unless you were retiring in the next 1-2 years, you/we should be fine. and if you were close to retiring the allocations should have be changed already anyway and still fine.
  15. Thank you. I love the idea of a custom holster IWB for specific guns.
  16. My biggest concern is grabbing my pistol and my hand slips off. That's why I will only trust Jerkman Custom Grips.
  17. Not lottery. The preference points used to draw tags. It went from 20% non Rez tags to 10%.
  18. Dollar cost averaging. You’re buying low so that lowers you’re overall average. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  19. Now that I have a full carry in CT (unlike Westchester County, NY), I have been thinking about getting something to carry once in a while (big grocery stores, festivals/carnivals, hiking, etc.). Any suggestions? and holster suggestions as well? I have a S&W .357 chief 60 with 2" barrel but it's obviously not super accurate.
  20. I would think we were all aware the stimulus stuff was silly nonsense Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  21. What’s the allocation % Rez to NR? Wyoming just went to 90% / 10% and people are threatening to sue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  22. Yup. I would have gone much safer if I was 10-15 years older.
  23. You should have hit me up for lunch! I go down to NYC once a week usually. But, yea I'm just pissed I didn't buy a bunch of USO/Oil. It's like we all knew it was gonna happen, but didn't do anything about it. Pricing is insane lately on everything and everywhere. My wife buys the same groceries every single week. We are spending 36-50% more on grcoeries per month, so I know prices have skyrocketed.
  24. 81M Voted for this America? Yikes.
