    Went out this evening saw a young doe cross about a hundred plus yard in front of me . I knew she was going to a field I could put a sneak up to and possibly get a shot. I decided to not chase her. It’s that time of year that my motivation to harvest a deer is very low. It was good just to be out in God’s great outdoors

    Shot this 4 point this morning at 9:00am on the ground. This late in the game meat matter more to me than unedible horns. Thank you Jesus for this deer

    Things are slow here in Ontario County. This farm I am hunting has corn still standing. I wonder is this is the reason for not seeing deer . Good luck to all those out today.

    My camera has some bucks moving at 2:00pm yesterday and today at 8:00am . Hopefully I can make a trip to this property.

    No rush to hunt in this hot weather for me. Salmon season is heating up , so I will continue to do this for now.

    New Hunter score on this doe. It was perfect doe without fawns . He was supper excited. Doe was taking in 8N . Giving God at the glory.

    Heading out tomorrow evening with a new hunter. He is carrying the gun and I will be carrying the camera. Praying that he gets a crack at decent doe.

    Thanks I been hunting in Yates County and not many turkeys here , so I decided to drive up to Pulaski Ny this morning and it pay off. I heard four different birds this morning. Good luck to all and congratulations To those who got it done.

    Great morning in the woods. Shot this 2 year old bird at. 6:00am. This bird hand short beard .

    Personally, I don’t have have a need to hunt bears. I can still hunted this property. I just don’t want to drive 2.50 hours to my in-laws. Have noticed the bucks in this area have more age than the places I hunt closer to my house. That may change this year.

    This camera was in the woods at least 7 months in the woods. First bear for me on camera. Also this nice buck. Crazy thing I never was able to hunt this property.

    Best chance of killing a buck during gun season is the first two weeks of gun and the week of muzzleloader season. By them they into hiding and are much harder to kill.

    3 does and small buck for me this year. I am always grateful to be able to harvest a deer. I love bow hunting and muzzleloader, gun is my least favorite
