Clipped his toe nails while he was sleeping. Dang things were talons.

Mom weaned so he came home early . Hour and a half drive home . Didn't make much noise. Slept most of the way. Sleepy little slug. Ate a half a cup of food and passed out .

Lol my wife is on a cleaning terror. Which means I'm on a cleaning terror . Spent some time organizing in the basement. 8 bags of trash to the dump. Some stuff to burn . 40 years you accumulate alot of sheeit.... er um rather stuff. Not near done . In the spring I'm going to have a small dumpster brought in . At least the stuff you inherited is usable .

If I were to get another big bore revolver it would be a 460 s&w . I think the 480 ruger is about as big as I want to shoot on a regular basis. It will work for any animal in north america .

I have shot the bfr in 454 and 45/70. They are a nice guns . Shot the 475 Linbaugh in a freedom it's pretty sweet. You will know you got ahold of something when you drop the hammer on them .

Lol .... we spoil our dogs rotten .. Our adult kids say we love the dogs more than them . I told them to be nice to my dogs ... they get everything when I pass.

When we got ellie I wore an old t shirt to work . In the crate it went at night . Until she shredded it . Took a couple months . After that it was a kong toy only . This dog is now 2 but she will sneak a sock or a hand towel. Still cant put toilet paper on the holder she will sneak in and eat it . Tuff nut to crack this one .

Just takes time . 10 months of bad habits to undo. Get a kong stuff it with biscuits .. tell her its bed time make a big fuss in she goes with the kong . She will learn the crate is her space and a good thing . My girl Ellie goes in her crate on her own about 9 am and naps . She comes out checks things out and goes back.

Is there another dog in the house ... perhaps a friends dog that she can play with in the snow might help break the ice .

I just put baby socks on my dogs when its single digits. Tie them on with shoe laces. Looks like he she needs to go for walks toughen up the feet.. not sure how much history you have on the dog but if she could have gotten frozen ... frost bite might explain the issue. Or she doesnt understand the sensation.
