Criminals arrested with guns going free in NYC

Armed criminals are being freed after arrest in NYC, but if a responsible gun owner, with no record is arrested, they won't be.

Many of these judges are nuts ! So are several of the prosecutors !

Here's a thought, and I'm taking a page from the Libtard playbook of holding firearms manufacturers liable: why don't we have law that holds judges, DAs, and parole boards responsible for the actions of the criminals they release?!!!!

Because they've had laws passed that give them complete immunity from any damages done by their decisions.  Impeachment or removal during an election are the only consequences they may see.
