30 yards of cement for 2800? thats a deal... i paid out here for 2500psi for like 10 yards was almost 1k from what i remember. when are you starting this project?

They both seem to be nice cabins but if i was able to choose the one i wanted it would have to be yours nyantler. your seems to be small and cozy would never have to worry about too many visitors. I would have it all to myself

Heres a few of my place I built. I can help ya with ideas possibly even give you a quote on doing it for you. I am a general contractor and own my own buisness. Thank you for the ideas, they all look nice. I'm will certainly check with the local builders including the Amish (Schoharie County) first. The reason I need something a little bigger is bc its going to be a getaway cabin for the wife and kids as well. Not sure a bunk house would suffice.
