I assume he will run things differently than Obama. But what you are saying is that in all future elections we should keep looking back on the Bush administration,and assume all Republican candidates will run things the same.

Not at all, but I don't believe everyone should have to avoid discussing it either. So should everyone only judge a candidate on what they say they will do when they get elected? Because from what I've seen candidates promise a lot during the campaigns that they have no intention of delivering on. Do you blindly take them at their word or try to find other ways to decide what they will do once elected? I think most people supporting Romney are supporting him because he is not Obama, not because they think he will do a good job.

I don't agree with the "most people" part. Thats a bit of a stretch. Some? absolutely. Just as Some will vote for Obama just because he's Obama. My whole point is that Obama, or any president, should be held accountable for promises they made and didn't keep, rather then blaming the past administration, especially 4 years into a term.
