Joeambro25
Sat out for the last few days in the rain with no luck. The plots are looking good. The first plot is in its 3rd year. (Clover,Chicory,Alflfa..Alfalfa got demolished). The second is a new brassica plot started this spring. It still needs some work but i am happy with its early progress. Is it too late to spread some N or urea in the brassicas? The bucks are in the clover chicory plot. the evening before opening day, FIGURES!(i forgot to set the time and date) Any guesses on age? agross
Great pics from the stand. I was overlooking my own plot like that last year. Had cam pics of deer in the plot almost everyday of every week leading up to season and even the week i hunted. I then sat in the stand on 3 seperate weekends and didnt see jack. Had to laugh. I would say the buck on the right is 1 1/2 and the other 2 1/2. Cannot really guess score. Great pics though. Cant wait till i have the same view in a few weeks. squirrel slayer
i agree with the 1 1/2 on left but the buck on the right looks a bit older to me. id say 3-4 yrs judging by the deep grey around the eyes, also has a very stout body and and form. hes been around a few years if want my opinion. i could very well be wrong about him but either way great pics and best of luck at tagging one this year. StripedBuck
Nice little food plots going on there. They do attract the deer pictures don't lie. Best of luck gettin' one of those boys this season. Edited October 10, 2012 by StripedBuck

phade
Hunting off the plots is so much more effective in most situations. Nice plots and deer.
Joeambro25
Thanks all, Yea i was thinking 1 1/2 for the one on the left and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 for the guy on the right. For the most part i will hunt about 20-50yrd off the plots. it depends on the wind.
pawle76
I agree 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 on the right. He's got a little bit of that saggy belly and a little bit of a waddle on his brisket that older bucks get. Very healthy looking deer. As for scoring I would guess the bigger deer wouldn't even break 100 inches or there abouts IMO. I like your set up though looks like a real nice plot.
