biggamefish
Hot to remember to the western NY guys usually have a high deer density so they will see more. Action than people who don't have the numbers in their area. Best way to tell is b out in the woods.
phade
Tuesday saw a big mature buck backing down a 1.5. At 10 am literally 20 yds off 390 a little n of the thruway. Thats sign of something. Yesterday saw a 120" 2.5 make a scrape 40 yds off of 90, right in buffalo, at 1:30 pm. This am saw 2 big bucks out in Buffalo. Went out scouting tonight and still seeing the same doe family group out together and not being really disturbed. Haven't seen a lot of action where I hunt yet. I saw a knock down drag out spar between two mature bucks with a third watching just south of the thruway while driving 390 a week ago yesterday - I almost drove off the road. So much bone inbetween them it was hard to tell what buck was what. I did see a doe running along 390 this week and thought for sure a buck would be in tow, but nada.
