Still chasing ??

Yesterday morning I was driving by the farm I hunt. I saw the neighbor out in his driveway so I stopped to shoot the bull. As we were standing in the driveway, talking, a six point buck chased a doe from across the road and out into the field right next to us. I thought the rut would be long over but I guess Im wrong. Anyone else see any chasing lately??

Monday I saw 5 bucks chasing a doe.

I think there just getting out of lock down phase and the mature bucks are really starting to move. If you have a hot doe near your stand you are in the money.

Glassed a doe in the field after getting out of my stand Tues afternoon. As I am about to put the Binos down I see some movement next to the hedgerow and what looked like a Buck was making his way out into the field as well, Sure enough 5 minutes later he was running her in circles.

Yesterday morning had a doe come trotting past my stand. I then hear a Buck grunting and he can in right behind her. He would have been a beauty but only had 1 antler. I would say they still chasing

Another full moon is coming. Thats about right for the next mating sequence.

I just got back from picking up a deer at the butcher. He had a big beautiful 10 point laying there, that just got dropped off. He said that the guy shot it yesterday. He put out some Tink's and within 15mins this brute came into it on a string. Might be worth getting out in the next few days,

I have seen bucks on the trail of doe's so maybe.I would hope so finish the deer season strong!!

at about 8 am i hear some crashing and grunting flying threw the wood.Look of real quick and i see a doe being chased by a smaller buck.By the time i realized what was going on they were gone into the thick crap.Tried grunting him back but he was gone.
