EPIC Camera Test

I tried out my EPIC StealthCam this morning . It comes with an attachment / clip that you can fasten to your hat or a foam support that you can use on your bow or gun . It was rather breezy so the mike picked up the sound of the wind . It only has a 2X magnification so it didn't show where the arrows hit which would be nice on a live deer . Anyway , here it is :

Yes . If you have it straight out from you , you won't see the shot as your head is at an angle . It's difficult to to tell exectly where the lens is directed . It would be advantageous to have it on the hat for watching the deer after the shot though . I could give that another try but that doe isn't going anywhere .

I wanted folks to see this before they plopped down $150 for one ( I think that's what my wife paid for it at Dick's Dec 2008 ) .

Yeah I guess it would be tough to get it right. They are neat though. Ive seen some videos of them used on helmets of dirt bikes and 4 wheelers, etc that were pretty cool.

seems cool i guess... not something id personally invest in. put the wife to work or something, thats what im going to do when mine comes in the woods with me  ;D
