Outcome of L.I. Shotgun Season?

How did everyone make out during the 3 weeks of L.I. Shotgun season which ended on Friday?. I know who ever had this last week endured some freezing tempertures. Anyone have any stories, pics , etc...?

_{I went out last Thur,7am to 3pm.Felt like Stalingrad.The frozen snow made it a little hard to stalk quietly.Jumped one deer late with no shot.}

Unfortunately, I was unable to get out there and hunt. I should've tried to get a different date to go due to the circumstances I was dealt. My girlfriend's dad went to Hither Hills. He said that he saw 4 does but they were way out of range. He watched them for a bit and then they very slowly and when they presented a decent shot for him they bolted. And he didn't see any bucks at all.

I went out to Hither Hills a few times and did not see one deer. My dad and brother saw a few but no shot chances. Was a rough one. I bow hunt out there and do really well though.
