WTB S&W .38 Snub Revolver

I'm in the market for a small frame .38 snub as a carry gun.

I would prefer a S&W J frame, but would consider other light, quality firearms such as a Colt Cobra or Detective Special.

I live in southern Steuben County but would consider driving a reasonable distance for a FTF sale.

Good luck with this....Snubbies are hot items right now. Was at a local gun shop yesterday. Proprietor said most snubbies go back out the same day they come in.

You might have better luck finding a Taurus. I had one of their Ultra Lites; it functioned flawlessly. I traded it for the Taurus Judge...best house handgun I could find.

I've been finding Charter Arms and Taurus, but I'd really rather go with the Smith or Colt..Ruger is a good gun ,but heavier than I would prefer.

Look on gunbroker.com. I found mine new in box old stock from a shop in midwest a few years ago for $250. Even with shipping and ffl fee couldn't do any better. Good luck.

S&W M 637 Airweight, excellent condition, used very little..
