Tried it once, they will gobble to it but they certainly didn't come running to it.

Another gimmick, like the fighting purrs and screaming peacock...

99% of the time, if a gobbler is GOING to come in, he'll come in to hen yelps and clucks.. One of the deadliest woods callers that I know( who happens to be an ex NYS calling champ) uses yelps and clucks on a mouth call nearly exclusively.. Last year he limited out in PA and NY on four longbeards in 4 consecutive days. He doesn't use any props like decoys or blinds, either...He just sits up against a tree, or very often, lays on the ground behind a log or a hump in the woods, and calls 'em in and kills 'em.

I hate him....<< grin>>....
