Five Seasons
So Saturday I picked up 2 different varieties of Pear at country max. Nobody there could tell me if they're male and female so if someone knows how I can tell that'd be great. Anyhow, I have apples and cherries all over and wanted to plant some plum and peach in addition to the pear. Guy tells me plums and peaches are wiped out from some disease? Anyone know about this? I have a flowering plum that's doing great in the front of my house. I should add these will NOT be for deer and fenced in. I basically had a choice of apples, pears and figs. Little bummed. First-light
Sorry Belo I don't know how to tell them apart. I planted two peach trees this weekend. Buddy brought them up from Maryland. Said they were descendants from the original peach orchard in Gettysburg.
