It passed what? We know it passed with the Board of Supervisors. From there it has to go through the Senate and then get moved to the Assembly, and then it goes to the Governor. Has it passed all those steps?

Not yet but it is step one. Hopefully it takes the route of the other counties that added it and not the missed step paths that Ontario took

I don't see that it is officially in Albany yet.  This is the most recent info I can find on it.........

I saw something online over the weekend where Coumo approved a couple of bills and Livingston County was nto one of them and that it would be at least another year.  did anyone esle see that?
