Groveland celebrated it's 200th anniversary

They did a reenactment at the Ambuscade Monument of the capture of Boyd and Parker before taking them to Cuylerville to torture them . Part of our local history . The reenactment was kind of hokey . There were over 100 shots fired between the groups and only 4 dead . They should have had inlines with scopes .

Oh yeah , talked to some folks that I hadn't seen in at least 55 years . The rain held off . Had a great chicken BBQ .

Always liked the native Indians . Looks like a cool reenactment.
