Getting close to November 1st and the issuing of extra permits. Has anyone seen a listing or are they holding it for in person viewing only at the stores?

The list is out.  440 will be mailed out to people like me who were denied in my unit (4P).  Sure hope I am one of the lucky ones!!

not if you paid for the first ones...they are FREE!! If you didn't apply and pay the $10 the first time...you will have to now...first come first serve
