The other day I was at a dollar store witnessed someone use their ebt to draw cash back.

Before that at a Hess some **** tried to use her ebt as ID to buy beer & smokes, cashier refused and she spit in his face. It's out money and the welfare addicts could give a ****. The democrats will never let welfare end as they would loose half their voting block.

Just to play semantics though, you DID say they use their EBT cards to buy that stuff...

And they do DIRECTLY with the EBT card. I have seen it. Slide into any one of the City stores that make their cash from Cigs, booze and Lottery and has just a few food items to meet the requirements and they do it all the time. It is never enforced. You aren't gonna be able to swing it in a store like Wegman''s because of their automated systems but in the small ones it happens all the time.
