I wonder if this will ever catch on? I remember Taurus had a handgun that only worked when you had a special ring on your finger, and that never really took off. Pretty pricey...

Seems too high priced and unproved to catch on anytime soon. Maybe someday down the road

I like the concept, I do not like the way it is implemented by that company.  

 

I find this troubling:

Plus RFID signals can be jammed.
