venison hot dogs

Does any one know of a local butcher shop that will take clean venison meat and make hot dogs and dogs w/cheese and jalapenos in the western NY area? I know about Wilsons meat Market in Canaseraga but that is almost 2 hours away. although I have had their hot dogs and they are great, I would rather not go that far for 10-20 lbs. of hot dogs.

Try Painter's Meats in Elkland, Pa.  Not sure if there is a minimum amount of meat they need to make hot dogs.

You can try Tony Costanza in Webster or Steele's in Avon.

I think Costanzas are done accepting any more venison, until archery season opens up this fall. They usually wrap up all venison processing, before re-opening for retail sales. They opened last week (March 26th) for retail sales.

Might help some of the guys to pinpoint a butcher for you if you were more specific with your location. Western NY is a fairly large area.

I'm in the buffalo area, Bonds in Springville is probably the closest that I know of.
