Saw this guy on the side of the road so I stopped and took a few pictures of him. Watched him for a good 5 minutes, pretty amazing how big these birds are.

I have seen no less than 4 in the last week, two on the river in Cohoes and two different one's on my commute to work down the Northway. They are on the move this time of year following the ice melt. I love seeing them.
