This is a little vague IMO. I mean its all opionion based...make sure you have the documentation to back this up. What constitutes annoying behavoir? If I were an anti ad I read this I would certianly make sure i did a few things to sway the arguement..if you ge my drift.

If I am harassed, (at least where I hunt 90% of the time), they are trespassing.  There is no arguement to sway.
