THHuntNY
I'm looking into getting a new string stop for my bow it's pretty loud and I've been looking at the bloodsport zvt. It says it's supposed to reduce string vibration and sound by up to 60% and increase your bow speed by up to 6 fps. Sounds like a win win situation
moog5050
The k-tech stops are supposed to be excellent for noise reduction. Don't know anything about the ZVT but question how it can increase fps.
phade
Assuming the gain in fps would be the ability to dial in the ideal point at which the arrow leaves the string for speed. For some reason, I doubt the spot would be the same for speed and sound dampening.

THHuntNY
There are bristles which allows the string to go farther forward and when the string is on it way back to normal position the bristles take the vibration out of the string. phade
That would be true for any string stop. Adjustable ones. I don't know if I would consider the stockers on many bows adjustable.
dbHunterNY
The ones of my PSE bows are pretty adjustable. at times I need to get a nylon washer to get things perfect. it'd make things quieter with no question. speed though has to depend on the bow geometry and how you set it up. as has been said if the arrow doesn't leave the string at the right time, before it gets to a point past rest where it slows down, it'll actually be slower than with your other stop.
