I'm curious Sogaard, what issue would compel you to ever vote for a Democrat?  Seems to me their whole party platform is subversive and geared towards Socialism.  Unless it's a desire to protect abortion (which promiscuous men seem to desire) or personal patronage from local officials who are corrupt.  But that would be like selling your soul for personal gain in my opinion.  Why would you vote for a Democrat when you know they will attack your gun rights?  Enlighten me, please.

Women's Rights (I know it might be hard to believe, but the abortion issue isn't about men at all)

Environmental conscience

Legalization of Marijuana (I've never smoked it, but there is just no reason for these laws other than restricting the freedom you all cry about)

I'm Anti-Corporate subsidies / tax loopholes

The dreading fear I have of a President prefacing something with, "Then I prayed and god answered me...."

Science!

A strong moral belief that is it our duty to help the less fortunate

A remembrance into the not-so-distant past about how corporations treated their workers prior to Unions

We don't need 11 CVBGs.  We just don't. (Defense budget is out of control)

I think that's a good start.  I hope you feel enlightened.

I do.  Thank you.  Now I see you think those issues are actually embraced by Democrats and not by the other parties.  Many of my pro union friends have come to hate Democrats because they have proven to talk a good game about supporting unions, while taking advantage of them behind their backs.  Much as they do for all the other issues you mention.

No matter how you slice it, the Democrats are still the party that lies the most, hates guns, hates the 2nd Amendment, hates gun owners and ignores the US Constitution, in a lot of cases, to subvert the actual causes you cited in that post.  Ever stop to think how they will implement their hope and change after all Americans have been disarmed?  And don't tell me they don't hope to eventually do it.  Some of them have already said they hope to.  That one issue is a good one to use as a litmus test when you vote.

Oh and did I forget to mention they love taxes.  The higher the better.

1) Unless the women have found a way to not need the male partner then I believe it should be partially  a mans issue. I do not believe in it other than for rape or incest. quite frankly if you are that concerned about your body and not being pregnant...keep your legs together.

2) So you are a believer in the manmade global warming propaganda?

3 ) Gate way drug in my view and their main focus in the legalization is the development of a new tax base. I have seen quite a few friends move from it to drugs with even bigger issues.

4)I am as well. I am against all such programs of giveaways with no strings. In a true free market the weak poorly run companies should fail.

5) I don't have a problem with a leader / leaders that have faith. we could do far worse and it is proven in recent history. I believe a moral compass is lacking in our society.

6) I don't even get this one. You feel the Liberals have the market locked up on science?

7) I agree. but it should not be mandated and it should not be a career. Laziness should not be rewarded. (Also see #5 above)

.8). Unions had their purpose. But they are so corrupt and foster a system where individual drive and productivity are not used as the basis for advancement.

9). I agree there are cuts needed across the board. I would love to see the next budget take a 5% cut on EVERYTHING and require that department managers make it work. I would also like to see that same cut take place over the next 5 years.

1 ) We completely disagree on this issue.  I'll call you sexist, you can call me a baby-killer, and we can move on.

2 ) If you mean that thing in which 97% of the world's scientists agree on, yes, I am a believer in that.

3 ) Gateway drug? If there is even was such a thing (and study after study has come to the conclusion there really isn't), marijuana would rank below sugar, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol on the list.

4 ) Nothing really to contend over.

5 ) Again, no debate on this will get us anywhere.

6 ) To answer your question, yes, I do.  Republicans leadership is incredibly anti-science when it doesn't produce the results they want (ie. climate change).  How many Democrats openly lobby for Creationism to be taught in schools? I could go on.

7 ) I see your side, and I agree the current system has its abusers and that should be curtailed.  However, that does not mean that there aren't millions of people who work very hard, yet still need help.

8 ) When 6 individuals of one family own more wealth than the lowest 30-40% of the entire country, yet pay their workers (in that lowest 30-40% I might add) so little that they are forced to get subsidies from the government to survive, that's a problem.

9 ) Again, nothing to debate.

And I'd also like to add to the list:

Gay Rights

A clear and definite separation between church and state.

From your own article, since you want to focus on the extremes:

Explicitly minimizes/rejects AGW as less than 50%    9

So, more than 7 times the amount of scientists explicitly agree that AGW is more than 50% than those saying explicitly that it is not.

Gotcha.

* This is your opinion, please do no confuse opinions with facts. Personally, I think, "They have weapons of mass destruction" was a pretty big lie.

The rest is all gun related stuff, and I won't argue with you on that because some democrats are very anti-gun.  Far from all democrats though, that's why, if you happened to notice on the Federal level, where is all this anti-gun legislation?

Sogaard, have you not been paying attention to current events and the lying that is coming from Obama, Holder, Clinton, Reid, etc., etc.?  Between Bengahzi, the NSA, IRS and Holder, there's enough to overwhelm anyone.  Toss in Obama, and his healthcare lies, and your head spins.

You don't see the attacks on the 2nd Amendment being initiated in D.C.?  How about the Democrat's current demands for more gun control today?  The other parties aren't asking to push it.

As opposed to which administration that was the truthful one? Politicians lie. That really shouldn't even be up for debate.

And no, as I see it right now, it is the people in Albany on both sides of the aisle that impacted my 2nd Amendment rights (obviously a lot more Democrats than Republicans).

We lost more freedom as a nation when the Patriot Act was passed, and at the time we smiled and said thank you.  Talk about lies...

Guy was burglarized about two weeks prior, they found a bunch of his stuff at one of the suspects home. Guys was so poor, he couldnt afford water or electricity,  so the county took his home from him as well. Case study in why this states pistol permit laws are so messed up, if he couldnt afford water and electricity, how was he going to afford to register the family heirloom his late father left to him? By all accounts, he would have passed the background check, he just couldnt afford the process financially.

County DA said it was inappropriate to charge him with a felony,  if anything he would only go misdemeanor as he was just defending himself in his own home. Sheriff didnt even want to arrest him. Troopers got involved and threw the book at this poor man.

I know the law is the law, but what the hell happened to prosecutorial discretion? It sounds like the damn pistol never left the house, and would have never left the bedroom had his life not been threatened.

"Acting Supreme Court Justice Thomas McNamera’s decision, dated April 30 and received by the plaintiff’s counsel on Monday, directs the immediate release of 15 categories of information related to the state registry, including detailed geographic breakdowns (including county and ZIP code) and the number of applications as opposed to actual registrations. The FOIL also asks for the number of pistols and shotguns as well as rifles that were registered as assault weapons pursuant to the SAFE Act."

Looks like the gun control freaks will brake the law to try and prove a point.  This information is a lie.  I guess they will use any tactics to stop people from owning a gun.  This video proves that.  They let people without handgun licenses handle a handgun in NYC.  And it was proven Adam Lanza did not use the assault weapon that was found in his vehicle, yet they put a tag on a gun saying it was his and how it killed over 20 people as a scare tactic, and these people believe them.

I guess they feel lying is ok if it fits their agenda.  They are loosing the battle so they are resorting to pathetic tactics to scare people away from guns.  This video proves that.

If you know people from district 60 in and around Buffalo convince them to get out and vote and for Stocker! Regardless of were you live follow second link to volunteer for his campaign.

Stocker is opposing Mark Grisanti who got voted out of the republican party and is running as an independent. Grisanti voted for the safe act, killed the dove bill, and sponsored multiple laws designed to punish dog owners. Grisanti is currently the chairman of the senate environmental conservation committee and in such a position he decides what hunting-related legislation gets moved for a vote and blocks whatever he pleases to.
