growalot
I checked the lower bean plot...darn things are growing great even thou so short from browsing....... but still the PT aren't....laying down some 15-15-15 and then making 2 runs up and down through the middle of them and trying the turnips again..I want them to have the winter feed if some beans survive fine if not ...not hitting them all and the upper field will be loaded with pods and turnips...USBP...the beans are still growing taller! chest high now...definitely will get them again.... Rain starts tomorrow and next 3 days...upper TTT plot just stared to dry on surface, but pulled a few weeds and it's water logged at the roots...looks like they will rot..hey always 50/50 chance when weather is involved
growalot
Got the middle of plot disced and seeded...man from the looks of roots on those beans there are fixing a lot of nitrogen down in that feild Took the opportunity to haul down 22 T post to set another 200ft. of fencing...that won't take too long...all should be finished by end of week ...give them a month to get use to it

growalot
Well Well...so the wind that kept waking me last night was a tad worse than I thought...just about all of the 11 120 foot rows of sweet corn...laying in the ground...the broccoli..... half of it was up rooted,,,tomatoes ripped from trellises...melons...winter squash blown to one side and many melons ripped from vine....beans laying flat...yep it got those beautiful tall soybeans...Looks like it only hit the top of the hill for cow corn and sun flowers are all still standing..... Lawdwaz
Grow, what brand and variety you plant? The site lost grow (again) yesterday. She has bolted after some comments on the Robin Williams thread that she didn't think were apropos. Too bad as she certainly gave us plenty of new threads each day to chew on. Maybe she'll be back, but probably not this time as she was pissed............. Well, hopefully she shoots a big buck and shares some pics with us.
