growalot
pulled the arrow I had knocked last night...the knock stayed on bow...hhmmm I had filed all knocks after last years misshap....now I check my arrows after any shots on deer...and had checked this one after the failed shot on doe and even replaced blades..every thing sounded and looked good...I replaced knock with a illuminock which are tight any ways...and there it was...a crack down the shaft...that arrow is now holding up a house plant....All I need is a shaft disinigrating on me... so check and dbl. check your arrows after shots...I don't know why I didn't hear it when I tapped it for vibrations and it just wasn't noticable until the illuminock was pushed in... chiefbkt
Fortunate catch. I checked mine after the shots, but I'll have to check them again after seeing this.
