Paula
For some reason we always want to believe that just because somebody participates in things like hunting, that they are all up-standing wonderful people. Well, here is just another indication that hunters represent the same cross-section of people that any other group does. And yes, we have our fair share of wackos too. It's something to stay aware of when dealing with other hunters. People have shot each other, on purpose, over hunting issues. It's unfortunate, but simply the way some people are. We have not yet figured out how to eliminate the weirdos from our ranks and probably never will. Not sure who the "We"are that you are speaking of. I for one do not trust anyone from any walk of life or group. I am surprised at times to be dishonest and make them feel better. fasteddie
My sons and I have a spot in Pittsford where we bow hunt . I use another persons stand ( who gun hunts) and he and family use our stands during gun season and we stay out of that property during the gun season . It works out for all of us .
WNYBuckHunter
Your nuts. There have been comments on here to remove a stand and leave a note. Never is there any advice to hurt someone on purpose. Theres been a ton of suggestions of cutting straps, removing ladder stand support bars, booby trapping trails against four wheelers, shooting out spotlights, etc etc
Paula
I remember blocking four wheelers path but honestly not the other stuff
