Anyone have a good recipes for bone in pork chops? These are center cut chops

lets see...well there is egg and breading bake 400....Then stuff and bake....or spicey mustard coating and bake

I like to brown them and spread peanut butter and finish in the oven HMMMMM

dredge in flour, dip in eggwash, bread with Panko breadcrumbs, wrap in bacon, pan fry in oil for 2 minutes per side, and bake for 20 minutes at 350.  This is boneless so adjust your time/temperature accordingly.

  Dip in egg wash, dip in Italian flavored bread crumbs , spread a can of diced tomatoes over them, put in oven 325* until golden brown , tender & moist..   Eat with mashed potatoes with the tomatoes & juice on them!

Shake-N-Bake works pretty darn good with pork chops. The directions are on the box.
