Rochester news this am...A local Town has grown residentially yet still zoned agricultural. The area has shooters and they just can't think past just what they want,and shoot a lot but also left behind their garbage. Spent shells clays,and why of course shot up beer cans.The ppl wanting rezoning just loved bringing that out to gain support of a rezoning ....Wonder why land is being lost to hunters and shooters...Hhhmmm

Well if I was into all this social media I would have posted the following comment...but I won't use FB or Twitter...

 

These very same people will be crying to the town to do something about the deer eating up all of their gardens and landscaping. Perhaps it's not for a residential subdivision,though you wanted to live in or near the country. That property owner may have been there way before your subdivision popped up. Perhaps it is the subdivision people that need to, just deal with their decisions. Is your neighbor within the legal set back rules for discharging a firearm? Why do you feel you should have more rights than he, in pursuing his quality of life for a few hours, a couple of days a week?
