fasteddie
Gun Control. It has already started at Gander Mountain Sporting Goods. It’s been some time since I last went shooting, but after a year of traveling around the world with my wife, I decided to pick up the hobby again. I went down to the nearest firearm provider to pick up some supplies. Just accessories – I already had a rack full of guns, but none of the ammo. I was hoping it would just be a quick in and out. I found what I needed pretty fast (even with my eyesight) and approached the counter. When I was ready to pay for my purchases of gun powder and bullets, the cashier said, “Strip down, facing me.” Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about the gun control wackos running amok, I did just as she had instructed. When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to how I should place my credit card in the card-reader. I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer!I STILL DON’T THINK I LOOKED THAT BAD.

steve863
I'm sure there are a good many gunowners that would be dumb enough to strip down if they were asked. Then they'd start bitching how their rights were violated and nonsense like that. We have a few of those on this site actually. They even bitch before they are asked to strip. Mr VJP
I'm sure there are a good many gunowners that would be dumb enough to strip down if they were asked. Sounds like it comes from the mind of an anti-gun radical, doesn't it?

Mr VJP
Who said I was offended? I just find it interesting how some gun owners are most gun owners worst critics.

If you think there aren't a good many dumbasses in the shooting/hunting world, then you are either not very honest or very ignorant.
Mr VJP
No more than in any other segment of society IMO. I prefer to point out the competent people in the gun/hunting community and I believe they are the majority. We all hang together, or we will certainly all hang separately.
