I made it to the 7 minute mark with no greater sense of eskimos being any better hunters than anyone else.

I got more of a feeling they are more of a seagull type opportunistic scavenger from what I did watch.

Seems to me that if it were not for the "trading post" they would really be good hunter gatherers.

I think I remember this film from high school in the 70's.

I left it on while doing other things...I have to say what struck me was...the mentioning temps going as low as -50 below 0 ,then talking about how their dogs were important and showing them with zero shelter. That made little sense to me. Also going out to hunt caribou and not taking any other hunters with ppl to feed with him from that little village..Then shooting what looked like a very small one.....hhhmmm
