gun value???

I have a 1935 sears and robuck 410 bolt action model 101 3580 never fired still in the original box I  was looking for some kind of a value as what this might be worth If anybody could point me in the right direction.

Try checking out a new copy of Gun Traders Bible? go into a book store and take a look at it, they were about 25-30 $ to buy a copy. Once you get a general idea, you need to find someone that wants it... Sounds like a neat gun.

It's only worth about 50 bucks.  I'll give you 100 because I just happened to be in the market and I'm feeling generous.

I'd check gunbroker and guns international for the same gun and go by that.

 

If I find one identical to one I want to know the price on, I put it on my "watch" list and see what it actually sells for.  They can ask anything, but it's actual sales that determine true value.

 

You can use the "gun values" book for insurance purposes, but to sell or just know - it's worth what people are actually willing to pay for it.

Thank you everyone for your help I found a young hunter that it was priceless too, I really didnt think it was worth a bunch to start with.
