Mine came last week, but my son's still hasn't arrived. I wonder if there's any rhyme or reason, as to what order they get sent out?

Mine came a couple of days ago, but I do miss the mailing of the new regs. guides.  have to go to several stores to get hard copies, and they give you a dirty look if you dont buy anything. 

 

The town hall sometimes has them out, but they go fast.

Can I go in and buy a lifetime now, or do I need to wait until this years licenses go on sale?
