So that would work for me too... But why does it work for you?    I see a long tined spikey character that still can grow but has a really nice wide spread. It has such a wide form and long growth that it almost looks sharp. I like him. I hope you get to see him soon!

When I saw the first pic, my jaw dropped! I thought he had one hell of a drop tine on his drivers side!!! THEN, I scrolled down and realized it was just something in the background! DUH!!

I've picked up enough antlers in this area to know that mass isn't really a trait that's common around here.

I'm sure he would look more impressive in another year, but he could be dead by then... and so could I,lol

If I see him I'll kill him unless something better comes along first, but this one gets the green light from me as he is.

Still hoping to add a few more to the list of possibilities.

I think that you should shoot him at 170 yards with the bow....if you shoot him at 180 you'll get a lot of grief for the longer shot.
