Yeah it was 2012, dudes name was Rudy Eugene, after that they even made a very bad B-Movie about the "bath salts" drug called....Wait for it..

That guy lived not to far from me down here his father his dentist  pretty  crazy .

 

Possibly could have  walked by my house on his zombie walk .
