Buckmaster7600
Doesn't the Optima offer other barrels, like the TC Encore?Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkNo, that's the apex.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Napping in the woods
I didn't do any research on my optima as I got lucky and won it in a gun raffle...still love it though!Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

I'm pretty sure the apex replaced it.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That was over 5 years ago if I remember correctly. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
The_Real_TCIII
Great info guys. I think Rock is already on his way to becoming a front stuffer owner. You may never tote the slug gun again. My ML is my go to. Buy a couple of tubes to preload and keep in pocket too. I've got primers in every pocket lol. Not sure what you call it but a loading assist tool. It helps you to stuff the bullet the first few inches down barrel until you can ramrod it. And totally agree on marking ram rod somehow noting you've seeded everything solid. I lose my ball starter every year it's uncanny Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The_Real_TCIII
I've actually had no trouble loading the saboted slugs without itSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have a ball starter but it never leaves my work shop. I've never had a issue using my ramrod to get a sabot started
Birdhunter
My Accura is my "go to" gun during the gun season. I find that it is more accurate than my slug gun and have taken many deer with it. I am also a bow hunter, so I am used to the "one shot" deal. I have never needed a second.
