You guys beat me to this one.  Exactly what I was trying to say on the other thread.  Both sides of the aisle are just offering lip service to this and look the other way at every opportunity.  If they would have enforced the existing employment laws, the problem would not have gotten to where it is today.  Only in Texas do you get to see such BS.  One can't hire illegals via an established business, but you CAN hire them to mow your lawn or clean your toilet!  So how will this stop illegals from coming in and finding ANY work?  The reality is that this country likes the cheap labor illegals provide and isn't willing to get rid of it. Case closed.
